Who Are You?

Who Are You

If you’re asked this question, how do you answer?

Does your answer consist of the type of job you have? Whether you’re a parent or not?  What your age is? What society expects of you?

Seems a simple question. But is it?

How you see yourself is the most important factor in what life brings you.

If you think you’re not experienced enough, guess what?  You’re going to think, feel, and act in a way that you’re not experienced enough.  Results come from that.  If you think you’re too old, guess what?  You’re going to think, feel, and act in a way that you’re too old. Results come from that.

Are those the results that you want?

If not, change your thinking about yourself. Your mindset matters. Thinking constructively and positively matters.

As humans, we fall into autopilot and reaction mode so easily because we allow it.  Without being aware, life takes charge of us instead of us taking charge of our life.  We are doing and not being.  We are so busy trying to meet the expectations of everyone else that we easily push off meeting the expectations of ourselves and honoring our own core values.  Is that sustainable?

No. It’s not.

It will come at a cost.

You need to decide if that cost is worth it.

You also don't need to be someone else, so stop comparing yourself to others and instead focus on the amazing person you are and what you have to offer to the world. You have value to offer that is unique from what anyone else can offer.

When I help clients unpack all the noise that prevents them from being themselves, the weights fall off their shoulders and a whole new world opens up.

Take charge and reconnect with yourself – become who you are meant to be.
