Outline of the 12-Week "Elevating Career Confidence" Program

Pre-Work: Values Insight Exercise

Upon purchase, you will receive a values exercise to complete. This exercise will show you what your top eight values are. These values are important to keep in mind throughout the 12-week program and beyond. When your top values are not being met, life can feel unsettled. This exercise helps to understand which of your values may need more focus.

 

Week 1: Energy Leadership Index Assessment

In week one, you will complete the Energy Leadershipâ„¢ Index (ELI) Assessment. The ELI assessment is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. This means that you learn to make change happen in real time when you encounter a moment of self-doubt, fear, or frustration.

 

This assessment helps to lay a strong foundation to build upon throughout the program.

 

Week 2: Energy Leadership Index Assessment Debrief

Once your ELI Assessment results are received, you will have a 60- to 90-minute one-on-one debrief with Lisa Hinz to go over your results. With the awareness and insights gained through this debrief, you have the opportunity to reshape your attitudes and worldview and transform your life into the one you envision. You will be responsible for scheduling the session through a calendar link that will be provided to you.

 

Week 3: Career Confidence Elevation Plan

Week 3 is on-your-own learning. Week 3 includes a short video explaining what the Career Confidence Elevation Plan is. You will receive a downloadable copy of the Plan that you will complete, which includes:

 

  • Goal setting for program
  • Optimal Leader worksheet and wheel
  • Defining what success means to you
  • Breakthrough Visioning - envisioning exactly what you want and where you want to go

 

Week 4: 60-Minute One-on-One Coaching Session with Lisa

During our one-on-one coaching sessions, please come with a topic in mind to get the most value out of the session. We can discuss whatever topic you’d like, whether it be your assignments, a challenge you’re facing at that time, etc. You will be responsible for scheduling the session through a calendar link that will be provided to you.

 

Week 5: Overcoming Confidence Roadblocks

Week 5 is on-your-own learning. You will learn about the five main confidence roadblocks and methods to help manage each of them: outer blocks, limiting beliefs, assumptions, interpretations, and your saboteur.

 

This module includes a short video explaining each of the confidence roadblocks. You will receive a downloadable copy of the Overcoming Confidence Roadblocks Workbook to complete.

 

Week 6: 60-Minute One-on-One Coaching Session with Lisa

During our one-on-one coaching sessions, please come with a topic in mind to get the most value out of the session. We can discuss whatever topic you’d like, whether it be your assignments, a challenge you’re facing at that time, etc. You will be responsible for scheduling the session through a calendar link that will be provided to you.

 

Week 7: Honoring Your Authenticity as a Leader

Week 7 is on-your-own learning. Learn how your most powerful inspiration comes from within your true self. You don’t have to take on the persona of someone else to succeed.

 

This module includes a short video explaining how to honor your authenticity. You will receive a downloadable copy of the Honoring Your Authenticity as a Leader Workbook, which will walk you through an exercise that will help you to stay on your authentic course and honor your authenticity as a leader.

 

Week 8: 60-Minute One-on-One Coaching Session with Lisa

During our one-on-one coaching sessions, please come with a topic in mind to get the most value out of the session. We can discuss whatever topic you’d like, whether it be your assignments, a challenge you’re facing at that time, etc. You will be responsible for scheduling the session through a calendar link that will be provided to you.

 

Week 9: Communicating Effectively

Week 9 is on-your-own learning. You will start this module by listing what you feel are ideal qualities of an effective communicator and then identify the top three qualities you would like to improve upon. The module will review the three key areas of communication: nonverbals, listening (subjective, objective and intuitive), and speaking.

 

This module includes a short video walking through the key components of communication. You will receive a downloadable copy of the Communicating Confidently Workbook to complete, which includes developing your
personal Confident Communicator Plan.

 

Week 10: 60-Minute One-on-One Coaching Session with Lisa

During our one-on-one coaching sessions, please come with a topic in mind to get the most value out of the session. We can discuss whatever topic you’d like, whether it be your assignments, a challenge you’re facing at that time, etc. You will be responsible for scheduling the session through a calendar link that will be provided to you.

 

Week 11: Cultivating Long-Term Clarity, Confidence, and Achievement

Week 11 is on-your-own learning. As the 12-week program wraps up, week 11 is about putting everything you have learned together in a way that will have long-lasting impact for you. You will have developed self-mastery, which will empower you to continue practicing the methods you have learned throughout this program.

 

This module includes a short video walking through the key to lasting achievement. You will receive a downloadable copy of the Cultivation Checklist to help keep your professional development journey on track moving forward.

 

Week 12: 60-Minute One-on-One Coaching Session with Lisa

Our final coaching session to end the 12-week program. As with the previous coaching sessions, we can discuss whatever topic you’d like, whether it be your assignments, a challenge you’re facing at that time, etc.  You will be responsible for scheduling the session through a calendar link that will be provided to you.
