Bio of CEO/Founder
Lisa, CEO and Founder of The Confidence Track, has worked in corporate leadership for the last 25+ years, including Fortune 300 companies, leading large teams spanning across the U.S. and Canada.
Lisa offers her years of leadership, coaching, and talent development expertise to organizations and individuals across the country through various leadership training, workshops, and leadership programs.
The foundation of her programs starts with strengthening leadership confidence. While she customizes programs for her clients, her flagship programs and masterminds touch on overcoming confidence roadblocks, authentic and empathetic leadership approaches, applying stronger and more effective communication strategies, and navigating tough conversations, just to name a few.
She works with managers who want to become strong leaders, ERGs (employee resource groups), mentoring programs, talent development departments, women's organizations, senior leaders, executives, and more.

Assessments and Coaching Packages for Women offered after the Leadership Development Program
Beyond our leadership development programs or on their own, we offer attitudinal assessments as well as one-on-one coaching packages. These options allow you to continue with your leadership development journey for maximum impact.
The Confidence Track Offers Attitudinal Assessments:
The ELI Assessment is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. This means that you learn to make change happen in real time when you encounter a moment of self-doubt, fear, or frustration. Along with the assessment, you will receive a 60- to 90-minute one-on-one debrief of your results.
The ELI Assessment is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. This means that you learn to make change happen in real time when you encounter a moment of self-doubt, fear, or frustration.
This assessment on its own is extremely powerful - but when you add the 360 option to it, it allows you to see how you're perceived by those you work with. When you want to grow as a leader, a 360 allows you to see which areas you may need to further develop.
For the 360, you can choose up to 25 people who will rate you on 36 leadership competencies.
Once all results are finalized, you will receive a 90- to 120- minute one-on-one debrief of your own assessment results as well as the 360 feedback.
The Confidence Track offers one-on-one coaching packages
For the ultra-busy professional who can benefit from a 30-minute session. These calls are designed to address situations you are facing and need to work through solutions, approaches, or ideas. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish in a 30-minute call. Come ready with your topic because we dive right in!
