Leadership for Women in Law

High Impact Workshops for Women in Law

Designed to equip, empower, and elevate.

Women lawyers are expected to be strategic, composed, and exceptional — but rarely are they given space to build confidence, navigate bias, or lead authentically.

This series of dynamic workshops helps women attorneys do exactly that. Whether addressing imposter syndrome, self-advocacy, leadership visibility, or burnout, each session is designed to be real, actionable, and immediately applicable.

Created for law firm women’s initiatives, ERGs, and leadership development programs, these workshops are available as 60-minute webinars or 90-minute in-person sessions.

Discounted pricing available for booking multiple workshops or webinars as a series.

Why These Workshops and Webinars Work

These aren’t theoretical trainings. They’re real, honest, and built by a woman with decades of leadership experience in a high-stakes, male-dominated industry. Lisa understands the pressures women attorneys face — because she’s lived them — and delivers sessions that are high-impact, deeply relatable, and powerfully practical.
